I am the namesake of the name Azrael, but if you are talking about my surname… I chose that. My reasoning is none of your business.

Dumb question time: With having 4 faces, does your neck accommodate for all of them (ie 360 movement of your head) or is it basicly like a normal neck.

In all seriousness, speaking as a judge as opposed to a character, the form is up to you. Angels themselves are very malleable creatures and it's up to you how to translate the written description into a visual medium. Especially since religion and visions of angels are also very personal and blah blah blah, etc, etc, personal bond with spirituality stuff.
Feel free do do whatever you think is best. Azrael doesn't even technically need a neck if you don't think it would work.
